This Privacy Policy pertains to www.suerycoaching.com, a website (Site) owned and operated by Rachel Sury Coaching, an individual company duly formed and existing under the laws of the country of Switzerland, referred to in this document by the terms “Provider” or “we” or “us” or “our.” The terms “user” or “you” or “your” refers to any and all users and/or viewers of the Site.

This Privacy Policy covers personally identifiable information, anonymous data collection and aggregate reporting. “Personally identifiable information” refers to any information that identifies, or could reasonably be used to identify any person. When you browse the Site, you do so anonymously, unless you actively choose to submit information. We primarily process personal data that we obtain from you in the context of our business relationships. We may log your Internet Protocol (IP) address to help us analyze trends when a user visits the Site. However, this is not linked to any information that is personally identifiable.

This processing of your personal data lays in the responsibility of the respective operator and occurs according to its data protection regulations. We do not receive any information about you from the respective operator.

Backup saving and management

This type of service allows the provider to save and manage backups of this Application on external servers managed by the service provider itself. The backups may include the source code and content as well as the data that the User provides to this Application.

Handling payments

Payment processing involves us sending invoices to your email address directly. Therefore, you will consent to providing us with your name, email address, phone number and if you choose, your physical address. This will be provided on the agreement that you complete and sign and will not be collected via our website. Payment methods will include PayPal, TWINT and Bank Transfer.

PayPal is a payment service provided by PayPal Inc., which allows Users to make online payments.

BANK TRANSFER

We use POST FINANCE for all bank transfers. Therefore we may have access to your name, address, and bank account number.

Managing contacts and sending messages

This type of service makes it possible to manage a database of email contacts, phone contacts or any other contact information to communicate with the User. These services may also collect data concerning the date and time when the message was viewed by the User, as well as when the User interacted with it, such as by clicking on links included in the message.

MailChimp is an email address management and message sending service provided by The Rocket Science Group, LLC.

We would like to make sure you are fully aware of all of your data protection rights. Every user is entitled to the following:

The right to access – You have the right to request copies of your personal data.

The right to erasure – You have the right to request that we erase your personal data, under certain conditions.

Who we share information with

Your personal information may also be stored on a password-controlled server owned and maintained by a third party entity that provides off-site storage, servers, hosting, and/or other services to Provider. We cannot control the security of your personal information stored on or transmitted through this or any other third party.

Retention Periods for your Personal Data

We process and retain your personal data as long as required for the performance of our contractual obligation and compliance with legal obligations or other purposes pursued with the processing, i.e. for the duration of the entire relationship (from the initiation, during the performance of the contract until it is terminated) as well as beyond this duration in accordance with legal retention and documentation obligations. As soon as your personal data are no longer required for the above-mentioned purposes, they will be deleted or anonymized, to the extent possible.

The Provider may be allowed to retain Personal Data for a longer period whenever the User has given consent to such processing, as long as such consent is not withdrawn. Furthermore, the Provider may be obliged to retain Personal Data for a longer period whenever required to do so for the performance of a legal obligation or upon order of an authority.

Once the retention period expires, Personal Data shall be deleted. Therefore, the right to access, the right to erasure, the right to rectification

We may amend this Privacy Policy without prior notice. at any time, and you agree to be bound by such modifications, alterations, updates, or changes. The date of the most recent version of this Privacy Policy is shown at the top, left of this Privacy Policy. If you use the Site on or after that date, you agree to be bound by any and all such modifications, alterations, updates, and/or changes. If the Privacy Policy is part of an agreement with you, we will notify you by e-mail or other appropriate means in case of an amendment.
