Counselling & Coaching for Young People
Helping Young People Build Resilience, Develop Healthy Coping Strategies, and Gain Confidence to Navigate Life’s Challenges
Counselling and coaching helps young people to be more empowered in their own lives whilst giving them the tools and coping strategies to navigate life’s challenges. It is an approach that supports a young person’s capacity to set positive goals and deal with difficult issues and situations, by enabling them to be part of their own self-development process.

I guide and support young people to develop the skills, confidence, resilience and ability to thrive. I aim to create a safe and supportive space where young people can openly explore their thoughts and feelings without judgment, empowering them to build a positive path forward. By blending counselling and coaching techniques with my background in educational psychology, I provide the most effective and relevant support for the young person.
