Coaching and Counselling for Young People

Helping Young People Navigate Life’s Challenges

Coaching helps young people to be more empowered in their own lives whilst giving them the tools and coping strategies to navigate life’s challenges. It is an approach that supports a young person’s capacity to set positive goals and deal with difficult issues, by enabling them to be part of their own self-development process.

By taking them through the steps of the coaching process, I help young people to develop the skills, confidence, resilience and ability to thrive. As part of services provided, when needed I combine a coaching approach with my counselling and educational psychology background, to provide the most effective and relevant service for the young person. I have experience working with young people from a wide range of diverse backgrounds.

Family and Relationship Coaching

Building Bridges and Unlocking Relationship Potential

Family and Relationship coaching focuses on empowering individuals, couples, families and groups to transform and make positive changes in their relationships. As a trained Relationship and  Systems Coach (ORSC©), alongside my background in psychology and counselling, I support those I work with to navigate challenges, improve communication, enhance connection, and create healthier, more fulfilling relationships.

Relationship coaching is a forward-focused approach that emphasises personal development, building skills, and creating positive change. The coaching happens in a supportive and non-judgmental space, so clients can explore their concerns, gain self-awareness, and develop practical strategies for improving their relationships. Relationship coaching is suitable for those seeking to strengthen an already healthy relationship, overcome challenges, or navigate significant transitions.

Relationships and systems I have coached in the past include:

-       Couples coaching

-       Family dynamics

-       Friendships

-       Sibling relationships

-       Business partnerships

-       Professional relationships

-       Team dynamics
